Online services for members upgraded
Defence Housing Australia's Online Services for members have been upgraded.
Members living in a Service Residence can now view all completed and upcoming maintenance requests, and the details of these within the Online Services dashboard.
They will also be able to view upcoming inspections and events within the dashboard. Any important event details, such as an appointment the member needs to attend, will pop up onscreen when the member logs on.
Another new feature in Online Services is the addition of key warranties and instruction manuals under the Property Information > Media area of the dashboard – so no need to search around the house for this information anymore.
